Scope

This policy describes how AI Rap Duo at airapduo.net handles information when you visit the site, sign in, upload photos, request a video, or buy credits. AI Rap Duo makes a short AI rap video from two portraits or one photo of two people.

Information we handle

Account data includes your email address, name, login method, session details, and information supplied by Google if you choose Google sign-in. If you choose email sign-in, authentication credentials are handled by the account system.
Video inputs include the photos you submit, your chosen input mode and optional topic, and the request data needed to generate a video. We also handle task status, errors, and the resulting MP4.
Credit and transaction records include available and reserved credits, generation charges, orders, subscriptions, and refunds. Stripe handles payment card entry; we do not receive your full card number.
Technical data may include IP address, browser and request details, security logs, and cookies used for sessions and language choice. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects usage data as described in the Cookie Policy.

How photos and videos are used

We use your photos and optional topic to fulfill the video request you make. We send the necessary inputs through KIE's video API, together with a prompt prepared by AI Rap Duo. We store uploaded photos, task records, and successful videos in private Cloudflare R2 storage and Cloudflare D1 so that your account can recover a task and access its result. We do not sell your photos or use them to train a model of our own. KIE's handling of submitted inputs is governed by its own terms and practices.

Safety checks

Before video generation, we send SeeAPI a task-specific, time-limited link to each photo you upload for an automated NSFW check. We check both photos when you submit two portraits, or the single group photo. We do not send your topic, our background image, or the generated video to SeeAPI for this check. If a photo is rejected or the check cannot complete, we do not send the photos to KIE or start video generation; reserved product credits are released. We retain task and check records for recovery, abuse prevention, and account security. A model flag is not a verified fact about a person. SeeAPI's storage, training, and deletion practices have not been confirmed by us. KIE may apply its own safety rules when processing a generation request.

Other reasons we process data

We use account and task data to authenticate you, protect access to your files, reserve and settle credits, diagnose failed tasks, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and keep required business records. Stripe processes payments, and we use verified payment events to maintain order and credit records. Our email delivery provider sends verification and password reset messages. We use your email address to respond to support requests.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and private media storage. KIE receives the inputs needed for generation and may use its video model providers to fulfill the request. Google receives data when you choose Google sign-in. An email delivery provider processes account messages. Stripe receives payment information at checkout. Google Analytics receives site usage data only if you accept analytics cookies. We may disclose information when required by law, to address a rights or safety complaint, or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

We keep your uploaded photos and completed videos available for account viewing and download until you ask us to delete them or your account is deleted. You may request deletion of individual photos, videos, or your account by emailing support@airapduo.net from your account email. We process verified requests within a reasonable time. Residual copies in backups disappear through normal backup rotation. Records that must be kept for legal, accounting, dispute, or security reasons may be retained as required or permitted by law.

Your choices and rights

You can avoid uploading a photo or optional topic, and you can stop using the service. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or raise a complaint about a photo uploaded without permission, by emailing support@airapduo.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Your local law may provide additional rights. You can accept or decline analytics cookies and change that choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but blocking session cookies may prevent account functions from working.

Security, children, and international processing

We use HTTPS and account-based access controls, and media is stored in a private bucket. No online system can promise perfect security. The service is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to its use; do not submit a minor's image without the permission required by applicable law. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; the applicable provider terms and legal safeguards govern those transfers.
