Using AI Rap Duo

These terms govern your use of AI Rap Duo at airapduo.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please also read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AI Rap Duo accepts two separate portraits or one photo of two people and an optional topic, and turns them into a short AI rap video. We send the request through KIE's video API with a prompt prepared by AI Rap Duo. Videos are 12 seconds, 720p, vertical 9:16, with audio and an orange studio scene. Rendering and delivery depend on third-party systems. We cannot promise a particular face resemblance, lyric, voice, timing, or artistic result.

Not affiliated with any artist or brand

AI Rap Duo is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, group, record label, brand, venue, or media company, including any person or group whose name or style is mentioned on our pages to describe a search topic or visual theme. Those names and marks belong to their owners. Generated videos are original AI content; they are not official content of, and do not use recordings by, any artist. Do not present a generated video as official, authorized, or endorsed by anyone.

Accounts

You must give accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us at support@airapduo.net if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions or interfere with another user's account.

Your photos and permissions

Before uploading a photo, make sure you own it or have permission to use it and to create an AI video depicting every identifiable person in it. For a minor, obtain the permission required from a parent or guardian and comply with applicable law. Do not use a person's likeness to impersonate them, mislead others into believing an AI video is real footage, or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You remain responsible for what you upload and how you share the result.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or otherwise abusive content. Do not sexualize minors. Do not attempt to bypass safety filters or provider safeguards, access another user's media, overload the service, or manipulate credit accounting. We may reject a request or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address these violations, security risks, or legal obligations.

Safety filtering

Uploaded photos, topics, and generated results may be checked by automated safety filters run by us or our providers. A request that is blocked by a safety filter is not charged, and its reserved credits are returned. Filters are not perfect: they may block acceptable content or miss unacceptable content, and a block does not entitle you to a particular result.

Credits and generation

Each standard video costs 10 AI Rap Duo credits. We reserve the credits before submitting a request and charge them once if the video succeeds. If the task fails for any reason on our side or the provider's side, including an AI error, a timeout, or a safety-filter block, the reservation is released and you are not charged. If the network or provider outcome is uncertain, the reservation remains while we reconcile the same task; it is not a second charge. A completed video that differs from your preference is not automatically a failed task. The credit cost shown before a request applies to that request.

Purchases and subscriptions

For purchases using Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Link provides payment and subscription support; AI Rap Duo provides the video service and credits. The checkout page identifies the seller and the final amount before payment.

Credits are sold as one-time packs and as monthly or yearly subscriptions. The price, currency, credits, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay, and Stripe processes payments. One-time pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits are issued for each paid billing period and do not roll over to the next period. Yearly subscriptions issue all annual credits at once, and those credits expire at the end of the annual billing period. A subscription renews until you cancel it; cancellation stops future renewals, and credits already issued remain usable until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Your content and generated output

You keep whatever rights you have in your uploaded photos. You allow us and the providers needed to run the service to host, transmit, and process them for your requested video, account access, security, and support. As between you and AI Rap Duo, we do not claim ownership of your generated video. Your use of it remains subject to the rights of depicted people, music and other third parties, applicable law, and any model provider restrictions. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and may contain mistakes; we do not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy, or that a particular use is lawful.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, or suspend features and may rely on third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a fixed generation time. Material changes to paid features will be described before they apply to a new purchase or renewal. We may update these terms and identify the new date here; material changes will be communicated through the site or account channel when practical.

Ending use and responsibility

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account or media by emailing support@airapduo.net. If you have a subscription, cancel its renewal separately. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, or security risk. We provide the service as available and do not guarantee that a video is fit for a particular purpose. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
